The D-Carrier uses LCD imaging technology combined with an extremely accurate multi-micro stepper printing system, both patented, producing high quality prints that compete with laser printed images. The new generation of D-Carrier uses a 1400x1050 LCD which produces 400 dpi image on 8”x10” (20x25 cm). The D-Carrier Pro uses a 1600x1200 LCD which produces 300 DPI images on 12”x!6” (30x40 cm). The D-Carrier has been designed for most popular brands and models of analog minilabs as Noritsu, Fuji, Konica, Agfa and Gretag. Dedicated models are available for GPE EASY and Poli line printers.
D-CARRIER LED
The D-Carrier LED is the newest generation ofthe GPE D-Carrier digital printing system. It represents a substantial step ahead in case that productivity is of primary interest.
Quality, already at very high levels achievable with the new D-CarrierEE product, is further enhanced by the application of the new LED technology.The new D-Carrier LED features an independent LED lamphouse delivering an amount of light which allows to squeeze the printing times to a minimum and a spectrum range to getextremely detail images. Negligible maintenance and long life is the key. Periodical lamps change-over in traditional lamphouse and time spent for recalibration are a burden of the past.
